The term “Shipping” means “the transportation of our goods”. Other terms that have the same meaning, that are also used in this document are “Ship”, “Shipped”, “Delivery”, “Dispatch” and “Postage”
My Custom Apparel can ship your order to anywhere within Australia. Most orders are shipped from our base in Newcastle NSW, however we do use supply chain partners within Australia, and world wide and from time to time may ship from that location.
Our online shipping rate is a flat rate based on the cart quantity. Orders are manufactured in our Thailand factory and shipped (3-4 weeks) to Wallsend, with other orders. The order is sorted at our Wallsend warehouse, and then shipped internally to you. Once shipped in Australia, delivery may take from 2-14 working days depending where you live in Australia.
Our delivery partners are third parties, that we do not control, and we rely on their listed shipping times to estimate length of shipping time to your delivery address. If your order is critical, we do make every effort to dispatch your order on time according that company’s listed delivery time schedule, so that you receive your order on time.
Once an order leaves our delivery dock we can not be held liable for any late deliveries that, when dispatched within time, are late due to reasons that are beyond our control. Critical orders should be placed with ample lead-time.
All orders with tracking numbers can be traced to the destination by the respective shipping company, by using the track and trace functionality on their website. Your shipping notification email from us, after dispatch, will contain this information.
No claim shall be made if a delivery partner says an order was delivered. If Australia Post or another delivery partner say an order is delivered (including proof), we also consider the order to be delivered and thus completed.
Claims for insured parcels will be made after we have confirmation of a lost parcel by the delivery company in question. In most cases when a parcel is confirmed misplaced and an insurance claim is confirmed, we will replace your order and take care of the claims process.
